Philip NeilROBINSONPassed away peacefully with his loving family by his side. We are incredibly blessed to have had Phil in our lives, he was a lover of life and lived it to the full, bringing such joy to every experience and everyone who knew him.

Beyond proud of him, he faced his illness like he faced life, with positivity and zest, he was courageous and fought it with everything he had.

Whilst we are devastated there is so much to be thankful for & so many memories, he packed a lot in to his 62 years! So please come and celebrate his life with us.

With heartfelt thanks to you all for the lovely messages and memories shared - Steph, Molly & Joel, Dad Maurice and Sister Karen x xx xx

Service to be held at The Old Chapel, Etruria, ST1 5PE on Friday 29th May 2026 at 13:30, followed by a reception at The Noah's Ark, Hartshill, ST4 7NX. Parking at The Old Chapel is roadside only and limited, so we suggest you arrive by taxi or park on the Festival Park and walk over. Plenty of parking at The Noah's Ark. Phil was a lover of mad shirts, so do your best and bring one to wear afterwards at the wake!

Family flowers preferred with donations welcome, to be split between The Christie Charity and Douglas Macmillan Hospice.

Phil was an Amazing guy, so much Zest for life, a big character...
I loved him...

A Stokie - that OK, supported Port Vale, but that's OK.

I worked with him for a couple of years on a very large project he was driving, then discovered we were born in the same city and that he was a Bass player (me a Keys player) so got along great.

I got to see him in February 2025 when I took him to Stoke City and he and I met with certain Stoke City old boys including Terry Conroy and Jimmy Greenhof - he couldn't believe it!

I also shared Military service memories with him, Phil from the Navy and me latterly with the RAF.

I caught up with him mid way through his treatment when I drove into Manchester and had a natter in the gardens at The Christie, he and I were still making crazy plans to fly Spitfires and drive round the country together...

I also got to see him play twice for his loved Rock Band and blast out tunes at possibly his last playing Gig with his band in September 2025.

He loved music and I will miss him and his big energy dearly.
Love to Steph and the family...
